This spicy carrot soup is 110cals total and it has a really strong flavor (it tastes like pot roast without potatoes to me).
2 cups water- 0cals
1 cup carrots- 50cals
¼ cup beef gravy- 25cals (You can substitute this for chicken/beef stock, tomato paste, etc. Or you can just stick with water)
1/2tbs butter- 25cals (Not necessary either but you can substitute this for vegetable/coconut oil, etc)
2tsp chicken bouillon- 10cals (can be substituted for beef, pork or shrimp flavoring as well, whatever you have)
Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, lemon juice and cayenne powder (all to taste but none of this is necessary)
I literally just dump it all into one pot, turn the heat on low, put a lid on it and forget about it till it’s done 💜
