i literally hate when ppl complain abt how they aren’t losing weight but refuse to work out and then have the audacity to ask me how i’m losing weight so quickly and how my body is toning up so nicely. like bitch i workout every fucking day??? even if it’s a simple 10k+ steps + 100 crunches i still work out. when u only lose weight by eating at a caloric deficit, u end up skinny fat. when u work out is when u lose fat but gain muscle and therefore end up looking good and toned. you’re not gonna lose weight by reblogging 34 weight loss fairy/curses/whatever bullshit posts. you literally have to get up and work at it.
