✨Magic water✨

Not really magic but helps. I drink this every morning.

What you will need:

  • A peeled cucumber(if not organic)
  • A peeled lemon(if not organic)
  • A peeled ginger(if not organic)
  • A glass pitcher
  • Water to fill glass pitcher
  • Optional items: green tea, mint

✨Directions✨

  1. Boil your ginger piece until the water takes on its juices(ginger can be spicy so add as much as you can handle)
  2. If your produce is not organic peel the skins while the ginger is boiling. (If it is skip this step and go straight into slicing the cucumbers and the lemons)
  3. Once the ginger is done boiling turnoff the heat and allow the water to cool.
  4. Place your sliced produce into the pitcher
  5. Now pour the ginger water and the ginger into the pitcher. Any space left should be filled with water.

At this time put pitcher in fridge and let it sit for at least five hours before drinking.

Measurements are up to you. The lemon and the ginger can make this drink spicy and bitter. Its best cold and as soon as you wake up.

WARNING! THIS DRINK WILL MAKE YOU POOP but that’s a good thing!
