My 45 cal cabbage noodles β¨
(caboodles?)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cabbage
- 2 tsp salsa
- 5 small cherry tomatoes (optional)
- Β½ tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Method:
- Boil a small pot of water
- Add cabbage and lower heat
- After 3-5 minutes, drain water
- On a low heat, combine salsa, garlic and tomatoes in the pot with cabbage
- Cook for a further 1-2 minutes until combined and soft
- Add salt and pepper as desired
- Eat!
I think Iβm going to be cursed with fat thighs for lifeπ£But progress I guess?
