My 45 cal cabbage noodles ✨

(caboodles?)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 2 tsp salsa
  • 5 small cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Β½ tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Method:

  1. Boil a small pot of water
  2. Add cabbage and lower heat
  3. After 3-5 minutes, drain water
  4. On a low heat, combine salsa, garlic and tomatoes in the pot with cabbage
  5. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes until combined and soft
  6. Add salt and pepper as desired
  7. Eat!
